Shipment has completed production and is awaiting transport to port. It's estimated to arrive at destination port in November 2023. When our shipment leaves its home port, we will send an email update.

|Shipment has left its home port. It's now crossing the sea and making its way to the destination port. We will keep everyone updated on its status.

|Shipment is on its way across the ocean. Making its way to the destination port. Estimated arrival is first half of November 2023.

|Shipment has arrived in destination port! It will undergo customs examination before it can be released to our warehouse. No release date has been given but we will keep everyone updated of its status.
|14 November 2023
Shipment has completed customs examination and will be transported to the warehouse this week. A final inspection will be made by the servicing team before order fulfillment. Our next update will be your order shipping tracking number!
What if I change my mind?
We'd hate to see you go! At this pre-order stage, there will be a cancellation fee of 3%. If you would like to proceed, simply contact our team here.
Note: The cancellation fee is waived if the product is delayed 30 days after the latest stated delivery time.
What is the pre-order process?
Once the shipment leaves its home port, it will travel by sea to our shipping port. It will undergo a customs examination before transportation to our warehouse.
Our in-house fulfillment team performs a quality inspection on each vehicle before it is shipped to you. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated, so check your emails!
