How much is shipping?
Our electric scooters are shipped via ground only. We offer free shipping within Canada. The couriers we use are UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, Novex and Wyngit. Buyers will be responsible for applicable customs duty and taxes.
For unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and re-delivery fees, plus an administrative fee of US $30. All returned items will be on hold for one week before restocking.
If possible, gears and parts purchased separately from electric scooter will be packed inside the scooter box. If not, gears and parts will be shipped separately and charged a shipping fee.
Shipping Surcharge Zones
Shipping to rural Canada will be subject to a shipping surcharge. A shipping surcharge fee will be added to orders going to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and surrounding regions. It is a flat rate of US $75.
Electric Scooters Flat Rate Fee
