|4 April 2023||Shipment is estimated to arrive at port in May 2023. When our shipment leaves its home port, we will send an email update.|

Shipment has left home port and is on its way across the sea! This journey usually takes 4 - 6 weeks.
Once it arrives at port, it will be examined by the customs office before transporting to our warehouse.
|18 May 2023||
Shipment is on its way and the estimated date for arrival to destination port is 5 June 2023.
Once it arrives at port, it will be inspected by the customs office before transporting to our warehouse.
|5 June 2023||
Shipment has arrived at destination port and is undergoing customs examination. This process typically takes 10 - 15 business days.
Once the shipment is released to our warehouse, our servicing team will give a final inspection before order fulfillment.
|12 June 2023||Shipment has successfully completed customs examination and will be transported to our warehouse tomorrow. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a final inspection before order fulfillment.|
What if I change my mind?
We'd hate to see you go! At this pre-order stage, there will be a cancellation fee of 3%. If you would like to proceed, simply contact our team here.
Note: The cancellation fee is waived if the product is delayed 30 days after the latest stated delivery time.
