Something not quite right?
If your electric vehicle has not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
Is your order eligible for a refund?
If your electric vehicle has been shipped, you can return the electric vehicle within 7 days of purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping.
- The refund is determined after our team has received and inspected the item.
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days upon receiving the item.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee.
- Customs fees are not refundable.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Items that have customized add-ons to the product that require installation at the buyer's request, before delivery.
- Items that have personal modifications to the product by the buyer after delivery.
- Items that have been used.
- Parts that are installed on electric vehicles or used on electric vehicles that are not originally purchased from EVOLV Rides.
Parts & Accessories:
If your items have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

If your order have been shipped, you can return unopened and uninstalled items within 14 days of receiving them.
- The buyer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the items back.
- The buyer is responsible for confirming if parts or accessories purchased are compatible with their electric scooters.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on electronic parts including:
- Charger
- Battery
- Throttle / LCD Display
- Controller
- Lights
- Electrical Wirings
EVOLV Rides only sells parts and accessories that are compatible with electric vehicles sold by EVOLV Rides.
